Any customer of our store can absolutely free of charge receive a personal bonus-loyalty card from us and start using and accumulating discounts from the very first purchases!

Birthday Discount

Is it your birthday? We will be happy to provide the birthday person with a maximum discount of 25% on purchases in our store. The discount is valid for 3 days: the day before, on the day, and the day after the birthday date indicated in the passport. To take advantage of this discount, the customer must present a passport.

The customer can qualify for a 25% discount under the "Birthday" promotion only from the second purchase made using their discount card and placed no earlier than 7 days before their birthday (see above).

* This discount applies to the purchase of only one (1) item. The discount may not apply to certain product groups and individual items.

Bonus Program

Dear Customers!

Upon completion of your order, bonus points are credited to your account, which you can use to pay for goods in our online store. For this program, the following exchange rate is set: 1 AZN = 10 bonus points.

Information on your accumulated points, as well as how many points have been credited and spent for each of your orders, is available on the order history page.

Points Accrual Procedure

Points for an order are credited at the moment the status is set to "Completed". The number of points accrued is determined based on the amount of the completed order. Points are accrued on the actual amount paid by you for the goods.

Points Expiration

Bonus points are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of accrual. After the specified period, bonus points are reset to zero.

How to Spend Your Accumulated Points

When placing an order, indicate in the comments how many points you wish to spend from your account balance.

Attention! Points cannot be used to pay for delivery; they can only be spent on payment for goods.

Points Refund

If you placed an order and used points to pay for it, but for some reason decided to cancel it, the points used in that order will be returned to your account.
