We always try to satisfy your full requirements to the quality of the goods we bought. Therefore, our shop always guarantees a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase!

Return of goods is possible provided the following conditions are met:

1. The goods are not in the list of those goods that can not be exchanged and returned;
2. Item was not used.
3. Preserved a perfect presentation, packaging, labels, seals, etc.
4. It took less than 14 days from the date of purchase;
5. There is a cash or commodity check.

The goods must be delivered by the buyer at their own expense to the store for inspection and return decisions. These return conditions are presented on the basis of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

• Fabrics.
• Tulgardine and lace canvases.
• Carpet products.
• Underwear.
• Bed sheets.
• Hosiery.
• Goods in aerosol packaging.
• Printed editions.
• Audio, video cassettes, disks for laser reading systems with recording.
• Products made from natural and artificial hair (wigs).
• Goods for newborns (diapers, nipples, bottles for feeding, etc.).
• Tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.).
• Jewelry from precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semiprecious stones.
