Orthopedic lumbosacral corset Orlett LSS-114 is designed for strong fixation of the lumbosacral spine (Th12-S4) in diseases, after injuries and surgeries, as well as for stabilization of the ligamentous-articular apparatus, reducing the load and eliminating the imbalance of the paravertebral muscles in the lumbar region, normalization of vertebrae in case of displacements.

The corset is semi-rigid and has metal stiffening ribs and additional fasteners.

Indications:

• Acute and chronic pain syndromes in the lower thoracic, lumbar, and lumbosacral spine against the background of pronounced radiculitis, radicular syndrome, osteochondrosis of the lumbar spine, spondyloarthritis and spondylitis, herniated discs (single, larger than 10 mm, multiple, up to 10 mm) and intervertebral disc protrusions, vertebral displacements (spondylolisthesis II-III degrees), sacroiliitis;
• Mid- and late-term rehabilitation after pelvic ring injuries;
• Early and mid-term rehabilitation after injuries and surgeries on the lumbar spine;
• Functional therapy for low back and lower back pain in conjunction with manual therapy, massage, medication, and physiotherapy.

• Has pre-curved stiffening ribs that can be further adjusted (bent) individually;
• Available in short/standard sizes for heights up to 165cm and above 165cm;
• Size XS can be recommended for children from 7 to 12 years of age with normostenic build.
