Gift Certificates Usel.az

1. "Gift Certificate" entitles its Holder to purchase goods in the online store: usel.az at a discount corresponding to the face value of the "Gift Certificate", from the assortment and at prices valid in the online store at the time of purchase of the goods.
2. The "Gift Certificate" is not a payment document or a security.
3. The "Gift Certificate" is issued in the form of a card, on the reverse side of which its individual unique code and/or electronic code is applied. The right to use the "Gift Certificate" belongs to the person who presents it.
4. The face value of the "Gift Certificate" is indicated in AZN manats.
5. The "Gift Certificate" may be used once during its validity period, by fully paying the amount of its face value, presenting it upon payment. After the "Gift Certificate" is used, it is either withdrawn from the buyer, or its individual unique code is cancelled.
6. The validity period of the "Gift Certificate" is indicated on the card or in the received email.
7. The "Gift Certificate" is not personalized. The right to use it belongs to its Holder.
8. When paying for an order using a certificate, the buyer must be sure to indicate this at the checkout stage and inform the manager of the serial number of the "Gift Certificate" when confirming the order.
9. The "Gift Certificate" applies to all goods, including discounted goods, special prices, and gifts during promotional campaigns.
10. The purchase price may exceed the face value of the "Gift Certificate". In such a case, the holder of the "Gift Certificate" pays the difference between the face value of the "Gift Certificate" and the price of the goods in cash.
11. If the face value of the "Gift Certificate" exceeds the total amount of the goods, the difference is not refunded to the buyer and cannot be used by them in the future.
12. If the amount of the goods exceeds the face value of the "Gift Certificate", the buyer pays the difference in cash. In the event of termination of the sales contract for goods purchased using the "Gift Certificate", a refund for the goods is made by issuing a new "Gift Certificate" of the same face value as the certificate with which the returned goods were purchased. If the amount of the returned goods at the time of purchase exceeded the face value of the certificate and the customer paid the difference in cash, upon termination of the sales contract, such difference amount is refunded.
13. The "Gift Certificate" is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for cash equivalent.
14. In case of loss, the "Gift Certificate" cannot be restored.
15. Only individuals can pay for goods using a certificate. Legal entities cannot partially or fully pay for the purchase of goods with certificates.
16. There are no restrictions on the use of multiple certificates when purchasing a single unit of goods.
17. The administration of the online stores: usel.az, has the right not to accept the "Gift Certificate" in case of doubts regarding its validity and the presence of damage on it.
18. The administration of the online stores: usel.az, reserves the right to change the rules for using the "Gift Certificate".
