The original Zippo 47087 lighter is dedicated to the United States Marine Corps.

The lid features the inscription “OORAH!” — the famous battle cry associated with U.S. Marines. It is commonly used by Marines as an expression of motivation, enthusiasm, approval and Marine Corps spirit.

The lower section features the iconic Eagle, Globe and Anchor emblem of the United States Marine Corps. The eagle represents the United States, the globe represents the worldwide scope of Marine Corps service, and the anchor reflects the Corps’ naval traditions and its connection with the U.S. Navy.

The inscription and emblem are applied using laser engraving and stand out against the Black Crackle case. This classic Zippo finish has a distinctive black, rough-textured surface.
