The original Zippo 47092 lighter is dedicated to the United States Navy.

The front features the United States Navy emblem with an eagle and naval symbolism. Beside it is the large inscription “AMERICA’S NAVY,” referring directly to the U.S. Navy. The entire design is surrounded by a decorative border styled to resemble nautical rope.

The emblem, lettering and border are applied using laser engraving. The lighter has Zippo’s Street Chrome finish, which features a deliberately distressed surface with fine scratches and wear marks. This gives each case a slightly individual appearance.

The model features Zippo’s classic flip-top lid and windproof construction. It is refillable, reusable and designed to operate with lighter fluid. It comes packaged in a Zippo gift box.
