“What Are You Saying?” is a communication party game in which players try to pronounce and guess phrases while wearing a mouthpiece. The mouthpiece makes clear speech difficult, turning ordinary phrases into a funny challenge.

A player puts in a mouthpiece, starts the sand timer, draws a card and tries to read the phrase on it as clearly as possible. The other players try to guess what is being said. The first player to guess the phrase correctly wins the card. If nobody guesses it, the card is discarded. The player who collects the most cards wins.
