Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate:

a novice specialist, without experience (we train everything);

who is fluent in the language, including Azerbaijani and Russian;

energetic and fun. Well, you understand, without this it is really difficult sometimes;

attentive and diligent. A person for whom it goes without saying that instructions, rules, tasks need to be read, taught and carried out;

hardworking and passionate about his work. A person who is not afraid to spend an extra half an hour on self-development in order to successfully pass the adaptation.

There will definitely be a test task, a trial period.

Conditions:

During the lunch break, tea, coffee, cookies at the expense of the company;

1 day off per week. Work schedule - flexible.

During your learning and work process, you will acquire the following valuable professional competencies:

1. 1C Trade Management Proficiency: You will learn how to operate the 1C accounting system and CRM Bitrix24, enabling you to efficiently manage inventory, track product quantities, and control incoming and outgoing goods.
2. Usage of Retail Equipment: You will gain proficiency in operating the following equipment: Data Collection Terminal (DCT) and Payment Point of Sale Terminal.
3. Product Assortment Handling: You will master skills and methodologies related to managing the product assortment within the store.
4. Communication Skills: Working in sales requires effective communication skills, which you will develop during this process.
5. Sales and Persuasion: You will enhance your sales skills and learn the stages of the sales process. This includes identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products.
6. Creative Thinking: Through your work, you will learn to think creatively and propose original ideas.
7. Merchandising: You will learn how to create appealing displays, methods of product arrangement, and store decoration.
8. Teamwork: You will learn to collaborate within a team, exchanging experiences and receiving support from colleagues, which can greatly facilitate your tasks.
9. Trend Awareness and Popular Products: Keeping up with current trends and popular products will allow you to offer customers up-to-date and sought-after product options, thereby increasing the likelihood of successful sales.
