The board game "Rick and Morty: Close Encounters of Rick's Degree" will appeal to all fans of this cartoon universe, who know that no plot twists are surprising anymore. Here and now - Ricks from different dimensions die one after another, and Rick is accused of crimes against Rikovech. Rick and his counterparts from other dimensions have to work together to overthrow the Rick Council.
This is the only way to get to the bottom of the ecocide and try to get things back on track, if that word can be applied at all, knowing Rick and Morty. Players start with only their waves of genius, but as the game progresses they will gain new, more powerful cards to their deck. Each player's goal is to defeat as many members of the Rick Council (and Evil Rick, of course!) as possible.
After deciding which version of Rick each player will play, getting a starting deck of seven cards, laying out the main deck, stacks of cards, and junk on the table, you can begin. On their turn, each player plays cards from their hand, buying cards from different stacks in the process - all to improve their deck. You can buy any number of available cards, as long as their total cost is less than or equal to the amount of power available to the player on that turn. When playing cards, you must immediately apply the properties that are written on them. After all manipulations, the player announces the end of his turn, after which he sends all cards received and purchased to the discard pile, but not forgetting to apply the effects "at the end of the turn".
The power not spent this turn is, sadly, burned. It can't be helped. We collect the necessary number of cards from our deck, replenish the hoard, reveal and read the top card of the Council of Riks if it's lying uncovered, and pass the reins to the next player.
When the game comes to a point where the Evil Rick is defeated, or there are not enough cards in the main deck to replenish the hoard, you can begin to determine the winner. Players tally the victory points located in the lower-left corner of the cards in their deck, taking into account the effects of Morty's Waves. Whoever scores the most points is the winner. If there is a tie, the player with the most Rick Council cards (including the Evil Rick card) wins. If there is a tie, the Rick with the most cards in his deck wins.
